Cynthia’s education includes an earned DBA (Doctor of Business Administration), MBA (Master of Business Administration), and BA (Bachelor of Arts) in Communication and Sociology.

Recently, Cynthia completed a professional research certification program, Open Innovations: Empowering Innovation and Knowledge, from the University of Oxford, England, UK. Her career in operations and management includes non-profit organizations, health care, higher education, governmental agencies, and global partnerships.

Cynthia enjoys the Colorado mountains and traveling abroad with her family.

Bryan’s extensive educational background includes an earned MPhil (Master of Philosophy) in Political theory/Gender studies from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, an earned (MA) Master of Arts in International Relations from Vienna, Austria, and an earned BA (Bachelor of Arts) in International Studies from Hanover College Hanover, IN.

Prior to DRI, Bryan was the Contracted Grants Management specialist with the Bureau of Reclamation at IFOS Managing Consultants, the Project Administrator with the Governors’ Climate and Forests Task Force (University of Colorado, Boulder), the Senior Manager of Operations at the Environmental Defense Funds in Washington, DC, and Interned in the office for Gender Issues with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Vienna, Austria.

Bryan is an avid skier and enjoys the slopes with his family.

Kristen Batcho, MSM, MPH

Kristen earned a MSM (Master of Science in Management) degree from the University of Denver, and a MPH (Master of Public Health) degree from Northwest Ohio Consortium, Bowling Green & Toledo, Ohio, and a BS (Bachelor of Science) degree in Education from the same university.

Before DRI, Kristen was the Controller for Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora, and the Controller & Assistant Treasurer for the Daniels Fund in Denver. Kristen has extensive experience in Finance and Accounting and is an accomplished professional with proficiencies in financial reporting, financial analysis, risk management, internal controls, and audits.

Kristen and her family enjoys traveling and hiking the Colorado trails.

Destiny Smith, BS

Destiny recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from Metropolitan State University in Denver. She is looking forward to pursuing a Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree in the next few years and becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

 

Outside of work, Destiny is an avid reader and enjoys painting with acrylics. She is happily married and has two pampered pups named Aria and Tank.

Sabrina holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She has over twenty years of experience in all areas of Human Resources from many different industries.


Sabrina is a Colorado native growing up in Chaffee County. She enjoys nature, animals, fitness and traveling. She loves spending time with her family, friends and creating stained glass art work.

Lexi’s educational background includes an earned Bachelor of Art (BA) degree in Art History and Chemistry from the University of Northern Colorado and a semester studying at Richmond International University in Florence, Italy. Prior to DRI, Lexi worked at the Denver Art Museum, and the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art at CSU Fort Collins in the Visitor Operations and Collections departments respectively. She has extensive experience working in customer service and non-profits and loves working with and helping people.

Lexi is an avid reader and can often be found frequenting art museums, exploring everything Colorado has to offer, and travelling internationally.

Ifeoma “Iffy” Holder, MBA

Ifeoma’s educational background includes an earned MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia, and a BS (Bachelor of Science) degree in Biology from the same university. Her impressive background includes working at the University of Denver as the Accountant III in Operations & Financial Support Analysis in the Controller’s Office. Prior to DU, Iffy was the Financial Services Lead at UCD-Anschutz Medical Campus.

While away from the office, Iffy and her family appreciates all that Colorado offers with her spoiled fur-baby, Prince.

Val received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder and is currently pursuing an MBA in Accounting at University of Colorado Denver. Val’s professional journey began in the financial sector as a personal banker and has since progressed into a corporate role as an accounts payable specialist. Val is known for her meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 


Outside of work, Val has a passion for racecars and project cars, which fuels her drive for excellence and precision in all endeavors.
